What is included in the package?
Can we pick and choose the included products?
We prioritize our customers’ orders first due to rising demand. As a result, the franchisee receives an assortment of inclusions that are assured to be priced at the predetermined amount.
Is it required to have an inventory of products?
No, we will fulfill all orders placed by your customer using the links to your shop. No need to keep an inventory of products or pay upfront costs. We will take care of everything including delivery once you make a sale.
Are there any other products to sell?
You will have a wide variety of food items that you can sell in your online shop. You can sell burger patties, french fries, fried noodles, and siomai our main food product in addition to these other foods.
How long does it take for customers to receive their orders?
Every day, we deliver by 10 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Orders submitted after 5:00 p.m. will be handled the day after tomorrow. Orders will be shipped out in two to three days. However, we’ll do everything in our power to deliver the same day in the near future.
What areas are available for deliveries?
We are constantly establishing food hubs to increase serviceable areas nationwide. If you want to see the current serviceable areas you can go to your online shop using your shop link and choose a location to see service availability.
Is this available for OFWs worldwide?
Yes, any Filipinos worldwide are eligible to apply for the Siomai King Community + Online Franchise package. Don’t worry, because all transactions take place online, you will still be able to sell in the selected areas in the Philippines as long as the area you choose is serviceable.
How can I withdraw my earnings?
You will be provided with a username and password that you can use to access our dedicated dashboard to track and withdraw your earnings directly to your bank or via cheque.
